The Grand Prize title will be awarded to the participant who obtains the highest combined score from all nominations. To qualify for the Grand Prize, the participant must participate in all 5 nominations.

Grand Prize winner gets:

⁃ 1000€ cash sponsored by CHARISMA
⁃ Grand Prize winner automatically becomes a JUDGE for the live European edition of CHARISMA Lash Competition in Spring 2027

• Only a professional eyelash extension artist who has undergone appropriate training and has a certificate of completion of basic training can participate in the competition.
• Only masters who have paid for their participation in full after registration on website are allowed to participate in the competition.
• Registering for the competition can be from 25.08.2026 till 15.10.2026.
• The works submissions for the online competition must be sent to the organisers by 23:59 CET (Central European Time) time 15.10.2026. Only the works sent before the deadline will be considered for judging.
• Winners will be announced 30.10.2026.
Trophies and gifts will be shipped by post.
• Lash artists from any country can take part in the competition.
• Online competition can be purchased separately from CHARISMA Global Lash Event Conference
• The models and the materials required for fulfilling the competition work are not provided by the organisers.
• A participant can register themselves for multiple competition nominations. Although a participant can only make 1 submission per nomination. The competition participants will be divided into 2 categories based on experience:

Master: <3 years of experience
Expert: Over 3 years of experience

• A category will be given to participant based on years of experience. Experience is counted from the first basic training certification. To be accepted for participation in a category, you must have a verified qualification. The proof consists of sending a picture of the first certificate with the work submission. If another certificate is sent and not the first obtained the participant will be disqualified without being refunded.
• Any attempts to provide false information about work experience will result in disqualification.
• The Judges will not be aware of the name of the participant when judging. Any attempt of contacting the Judges before announcing the winners, will lead to the participant being disqualified.
• Each nomination has 3 prize places in each category. The winner receives a trophy, a diploma, and sponsors gifts.
• The Grand Prize title will be awarded to the participant who obtains the highest combined score from all nominations. To qualify for the Grand Prize, the participant must be registered for all 5 nominations.
• It is prohibited to publish pictures or videos with the work sent for competition before announcing the winners.
• It is prohibited to submit works which have been submitted in other lash competitions.
• It is prohibited to submit works which have been made at the basic or advanced trainings.
Any form of retouching, editing, or digital manipulation in the eye and lash area is strictly prohibited.
If any judge identifies evidence of retouching in this area, the entry will be subject to automatic disqualification from the competition.
• The organizer reserves the right to use the photos submitted by the participant for promotional or informational purposes.
• Participation payment is non refundable for any reasons except the cancellation of the competition.
• In the case that the nomination and category of competition has not enough participants registered, the submissions will be automatically transferred to the next experience level category within the same nomination.
•In the event of a tie in the total score, priority will be given to the participant with the higher scores in the technical criteria.
Technical criteria will take precedence in determining the final ranking.
• Organisers are reserving the right to change the deadline of registering or submitting the competition work.
• It is the participants responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions. By purchasing the tickets for the competition, the participant agrees to all terms and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PICTURES OF THE WORK:

23:59 CET (Central European Time) time as a link to a google drive folder with editing access, ensuring the following has been sent:

• Name and Last name
• Business Instagram account
• Nomination (Classic/ Light Volume 2D-3D/ Speedy | Pre-made / Mega volume >4D/ Creative effects). Works Images must be in separate folders FOR EACH NOMINATION SEPARATELY or sent in separate messages.
• Each work submitted must have all picture angles required and work description.
• Picture of the first eyelash training certificate to confirm a category of experience.
• If any of required above will be missing – the work will not be accepted for judgement.

• The work is considered submitted after the participant receives a confirmation message from the organizer.
• Images of the work must be HIGH QUALITY and clear enough for judges to score each of the evaluation criteria. If the quality of the photo does not allow the judge to evaluate any of the criteria, or if any of the required angles are missing, it will significantly impact the participant’s scores, potentially leading to disqualification.
• ANY PROCESSING, RE-TOUCHING, FILTERS OR MODIFYING OF THE IMAGES IS PROHIBITED.
• Watermarks, logos, backgrounds with certificates or anything that identifies the participant will result in the participant being disqualified.
